Eastern Washington’s warm days and cool nights provide the perfect conditions for producing rich, complex Cabernet Sauvignon. 2022 was an excellent year for Cabernet Sauvignon. An early spring and a warm summer meant there was plenty of ripening time to produce wines with expressive flavor, aromas, and true varietal characteristics. The resultant wine is a rich, balanced Cabernet with luscious fruit qualities. It offers up a bouquet of black cherry, blueberry, currants, dried tobacco, and toasty oak. The palate is very rich, toasty, and balanced with supple tannins, black cherry, and cassis. Pair with roast pork, hearty stews, lamb chops, and richly sauced pasta
