Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you may use these materials solely in whole for editorial and/or promotional use by press, industry analysts, retailers and/or restaurantures. This right to use is personal to you and is not transferable by you to another party. You may not alter, or modify any of these Images, in whole or in part, for any reason.

The Hogue Cellars™, Ltd./Vincor International, Inc. is and shall remain the exclusive owners of these materials. You will not delete, alter, or obfuscate any proprietary legends relating to the materials.
